For our client – an international company in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector – we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join the team as a Compliance Specialist
* The position is for a period of 1 year with the possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Business Practice Lead in promoting Company Values, Corporate Policies, Compliance Policies, and SOPs within the local organization
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance framework
· Coordinate and maintain compliance-related documentation, databases, and SOP records
· Support due diligence processes for partners and third parties in line with company requirements
· Monitor and follow up on training completion, confirmations, and compliance reports
· Review supporting documentation related to Patient Programs
Requirements
· University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field
· Previous experience in compliance, administration, coordination, or regulated industries is an advantage
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Fluent English
· Proficiency in MS Office
