On behalf of our client – a global leader in agribusiness, food, and ingredients – we are looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Specialist to join their team.
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within an international business environment.
What you'll do
As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist, you will support the execution of supply chain and contract processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices and delivery documents in SAP
- Verifying invoices against contracts and supporting documentation
- Managing logistics documentation, including waybills, delivery notes, and weighing certificates
- Ensuring all operational documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Monitoring invoice and delivery status while resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining and archiving operational records in both digital and physical formats
- Supporting contract execution and day-to-day administrative activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- SAP experience is considered an advantage
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, VAT principles, or logistics documentation would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and willingness to learn
