We are currently looking for a Design Manager to join their Technical & Procurement team.

You will be part of a national-level renewable energy projects focused on the construction and commissioning of large-scale photovoltaic systems. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a high-impact, future-forward projects that supports Bulgaria’s and Europe’s clean energy goals.

Your role:

• Electrical systems Design Execution, review, and technical sign off
• Preparation and sign off Project BoQ relative to design
• Involvement in all development stages of PV projects
• Lead, coordinate a team of engineers
• Responsible for the technical review of the bidding drafting of PV projects
• Contract preparation of the engineering/technical annexes
• Equipment procurement: define equipment specifications and participate in technical review of suppliers offers

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Engineering, or related Engineering fields
• Possess 3+ years of experience in similar role
• Professional experience with international clients and projects in the Solar Market
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
