HR Specialist – Learning and Development Gi Group is one of the world’s leading companies in providing services for the development of the labor market, operating in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, search and selection, as well as a variety of complementary HR consulting activities.


Our client, a leading multinational company specializing in producing high quality construction materials, known for its innovativeness and flexibilty, is looking for experienced and highly motivated person for the role of:




HR Specialist – Learning and Development



Job Summary


We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Specialist – Learning and Development to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and productivity. This role will collaborate closely with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs and drive a culture of continuous learning. Traveling and working onsite in 1:30 hours distance.




Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Develops training programs to fulfill employee specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Creates and implements training procedure manuals and guide.
  • Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance analysis.
  • Partner with managers and team leaders to support employee career development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and learning technologies to enhance training initiatives.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.



Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a complex HR role
  • Independent project management attitude is considered an advantage.
  • Digital skills will be considered strong advantage
  • Willingness to work 2 days of the week on field in distance of 1:30hours. Active driver is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Excellent English B2 and above.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt training programs to diverse learning styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
