For our client, a large pharmaceutical company, we are looking for Operations & Finance Specialist

Your role:

-         To support O&F Director Budget and monthly cost controlling process

-         To support compliant and timely booking of HCP payments and accruals / claims related to annual contracts with NHIF

-         To support local affiliate with overseeing purchasing projects and acts as a primary purchasing project liaison with BA Procurement CoE for tendering requirements        

-         To comply with Transfer of Value (TOV) reporting obligations to local authorities

Requirements:

·      University education (in Economy, Finance or Business Administration)

·      Previous experience in Budgeting, Procurement, Finance (min 2 years)

·      Fluent English

·      Excellent digital skills (MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word) proficiency with MS Excel

·      Good communication skills

·      Able to work with deadlines

·      Ability to keep order in documentation

·      Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
