Our client is a multinational leader in premium sustainable building materials market, becoming the ideal partner for important designers, specialized distributors and corporate clients. The human factor is indeed a key element in its corporate culture. We are looking for highly motivated person to become a part of the fast growing sales team in the role of a SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible to manage and develop customer portfolio, attract new customers, conduct market research and monitor competition. You will also provide technical service to the customers, before and after sales.
Key responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads and develop sales action plan and strategies
• Make presentations of company product and services to current and potential clients
• Spearhead new customer openings, increasing penetration in existing customers by analyzing the needs and proposing solutions in a compelling way
• Service existing customers, plan frequent customer visits, obtain orders and provide technical support on products
• Follow job sites actively and make powerful practical demos
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably business or management
- Experience in field sales is considered as strong advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Communication & presentation skills
- Advanced negotiation and organizational skills
- Problem solving
- Computer literacy – MS Office and others
- Driving License
